During a research in Russia, it was found that people who sleep for 5 to 6 hours on a daily basis have a 63% chance that they may have heart disease. 

A study conducted in Norway means that those who sleep for 5 to 6 hours have chances of 68% OSD and those who sleep less than 5 to 6 hours may have chances of 75% OSD.

The completion of sleep is very important to remember what we learn, understand or what we do in our daily routine, because the work that we do in your routine is the long term memory of our body from the short term memory at bedtime.
